I went native, eating what my ancestors used to, and still eat. Typical German meal.
Sausages (Irish Breakfast, Garlic & Herb), mash potato, sauerkraut, veggie (baby carrots, broccoli, various mushrooms)
So full now.

Brocolli is one of my fav! Been having long beans these past 2 days - never knew they were so good and sweet! Am beginning to like them.

Well, I made two more plates, for my parents, sadly when I took this photo, two plates mysteriously vanished.
Still got half a pot of mash potato and one big (Irish breakfast) and two small (garlic & herb) sausages left for 'future use'.
I also believe that should be a worldwide standard level for portion sizing.

Maybe for year end potluck, I could make mash I guess, but with what on the side, I dunno. Just weird having mash alone, for most people.
