  Regarding the warranty part, says here that Sony Ericsson will not entertain any failures caused by "acts of God".

  I have not gone past page 10 of the N75 manual. Nor inserted the sim card into the mobile. Talk about procrasinating!

  That's something I didn't know about.

  Ok, just went through a search on the internet about the "acts of God".....IMO, that's quite a dumb statement from a supposedly religiously-ambiguous company. And....that's the norm as far as warranties are concerned.

  'Acts of God' is a valid legal term covering totally unavoidable events like a tree branch snapping off and landing right on your handphone......

  while we're on tree branches, my insurance agent has assured me that if a tree or tree branch falls  on me, I'm covered.

  using a motorola V8.. pretty much coz a phone's a phone for me..

  as long as it's slim and i can shove it in my pocket..

  but currently looking for a good camera disguised as a phone

  accident on the way to wedding.. then report a lot of injuries.. then filmed partying.. then kena pao-tor by the wife... then kena charged and thrown in prison...

  So's the Xperia... But I changed my UI to the one HTC Touch HD's using. Makes me wonder whether my X1's a 'fan ban huo'.
