  Back from Oświęcim aka Auschwitz...it was harrowing to say the least. In the gas chambers you can see the deep scratches and drawings that the victims made in the walls.

  To make things worse later, my roomies (M&F) went into the toilet together...

  now that's a scary thing to think about...

  btw.. i'm going to scare one of the fellas at work who scared himself silly with his talk about the bomoh shop at the army market... he used to go with us to go look at the stuff there.. now he's petrified and doesn't want to go anywhere near the shop

  Abt e need to use technology to gain water self sufficiency. The guy also mentioned that maybe 1 day, boleh dun even have enough water for their own ppl

  tonight ...

  1 green apple, 1 red apple, 1 stalk of celery, 1 carrot and 1/2 beetroot. == for mom

  no leh.. i just cut and throw everything in...

  mix and match lor..

  i love celery.. i have more for myself...

  mom dun really like...so i put in some, use lots of carrot and green apple (her fav) to cover the smell so she has to drink it..

  dad like juices but not at night, so i make him 1/2 cup.. he likes the red apple..:)

  for beetroot, me and mom get it only... hahaha...

  celery is good for lowering blood pressure while beetroot good for health..

  and i love celery.. so dad and mom be good..  drink up the juices...:)
