  I don't like celery too! Can't stand the smell. Leek is bit more tolerable but sometimes I can't take it too. Shakes - add milk or yoghurt?

  i love celery.. take out the chilled cold stalks of celery and i stick my nose in between them.. the smell is so fresh....  ahh..nature...

  for milk or yogurt... depends lor..

  i want to make banana shake next day :)... must buy banana tmr :)

  there is a standard formula for carrot, appe, celery and beetroot juice..

  from my book..:)

   

  1 carrot

  1 apple

  1 celery stalk

  2 small beetroot..

  i want to try this...

  2 apples

  115g peel honeydew melon chunks

  1/4 cucumber

  50g watercress

  15g wheatgrass (optional)

   

  it's cleaning juice..   detoxify system...refreshing drink :)

  this one u might like..

  strawberry cheesecake smoothie

   

  150g strawberry

  1 tbsp strawberry jam

  120 mascarpone

  120ml plain low fat yogurt

  1tsp vanilla extract

  1 ginger biscuit

   

  put the strawberries, jam, mascarpone, yogurt and vanilla extract in a blender.  Blend for 1 min or until smooth.  Pour into a glass and crumber the ginger biscuit on top...

   

  talking on ginger biscuit.  i must mark and spenser get the ginger snacks :)

  I think I'll gag if I had to drink any of these. All the recipes have stuff I absolutely no like - celery, wheatgrass, cucumber

  ate too much for dinner...

  it was decided that all the stuff which was meant to be cooked and eaten but wasn't for the past week would be cooked and eaten today...

  so a big bowl of chap chye, a trevally full of roe, stuffed with pounded chilli, onion and garlic then fried, vermicelli and bean curd skin soup, poached bok choy, poached chye sim and some hami melon..
