Ginger Hair-Grow Scalp Treatment Formula
This excellent, easy-to-make scalp conditioning formula really gets your hair growing!
It uses ginger, considered one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurveda. With its potent stimulating properties, ginger increases the blood circulation to the scalp which can result in faster-growing hair.
Warming, stimulating, and great for your scalp and hair!
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame or jojoba oil1. This formula can be applied either before or after shampooing. If applied after, be sure to rinse extremely well.
2. Combine the ingredients, massage into the scalp, and leave on for at least 30 minutes. (You can leave on overnight to receive the maximum benefit.)

Brown Sugar Head Scrub Formula
Ingredients:
4 tbls of Brown Sugar
2 tbls of your favorite conditionerDirections:
Combine brown sugar and conditioner in a bowl and mix well. Apply to scalp only with fingers! Scrub scalp in a circular motion for a few minutes. Rinse, then shampoo and condition as normalNote: This is amazing!!!! If you have dandruff, flakes or even an oily scalp, this scrub will remove all impurities!!! I had a problem with my scalp being flaky after shampooing, then 2 days later it would be oily. I read about brown sugar online and decided to try it, since all other flake removers did not work for me. This CURED my scalp issues!!! I now do this step once a week. No more itching, flakes or excessive oil!!!

A diet containing mostly whole foods, especially the skin of plants such as cucumbers, potatoes, peppers, and even bean sprouts are rich in the mineral silica and contribute to hair strength. Foods like lean meats are high in iron and are essential to the protein-based, building blocks of hair growth.
