  that too.. it's actually pretty good..

  it's not really dried snake.. it's orange peel with snake gall bladder "juice" (not sure if it's actually bile or they ground up the gall bladder)

  snake gall bladder is used in chinese medicine as a cure for bad sore throat and especially phlegm

  I think it's a market scam now. Look at the number of housebrand flooding our small, limited market

  I've always believe let those commerical brand compete w/ each other, our market is too small

  The Roast Duck stall I like with the fat duck drumstick...the uncle started trying to make oyster cakes too

  His oyster cake has more ingredients and is less floury compared to the famous oyster cake from the dirty looking kopi-tiam behind and I think overall it's yummier
