well ... she's lived a happy bunny life .... and she's old for a bunny already ....
at least it's quicker for her than old age or illness ......

oh, she's old? sorry, not like it didn't matter but i guess death out of old age is kinda like u expect it to come one of these days. but a sudden death like an accident? for me, i tink i will really break down lor. i got a really soft spot for anything/body with pain/blood/injury/sickness.

i woke up this morning and automatically went to feed the furry critters .... while preparing patches' dogfood sandwich, I automatically broke off the bread crusts for cookie and went out to the backyard .... I called a couple of times before I remembered she's no longer around ......
the backyard feels so empty now ... the bread crusts uneaten .....

she loved bread crusts, but didn't like raw vegs like lettuce or carrots .....
and she'll come hopping to me when I call out to her, except when she was napping .... cos she knew I always had a snack or a scratch for her .....
gf actually went to the petshop yesterday and wanted to buy me another bunny last night ... but I think it's too soon ... the memories of cookie is still fresh ....

oh... if Cookie II is to be also kept in the backyard, best not to get a lop bunny coz they're bred to be stupid and will probably get mauled by everything and anything...
but if to be kept indoors, they're loving and gentle pets

It's never easy to lose a pet. It took us more than 2 years to get over our dead Stingrays so :'(
Ah Juice, my pet rabbits (used to have 2 white albinos when I was a little girl) was mauled to death by rats too and it was ugly.
