Don't blame him..... how was he supposed to know that his dealer spiked his weed?
I'd be very pissed at this kind of plan as well. I download lotsa journal articles, research papers, and stuff like that. Why should I be penalised for doing so?
Anyway, I find it very sad that we're like far down below in terms of broadband connection speeds and such. The new cable installation thingie that they're doing now would help, but it'd take a while for it to be fully-installed islandwide.
