yup. take 97 to the bus stop just before river valley high school. you can see the alexandra arch at the bus stop. just climb the stairs up and turn right to go hort park and kent ridge park, or turn left for the forest walk(or whatever). hort park is more picturesque.
I wanted to do the kent ridge nature trail but decided against it yesterday because I wasn't geared up for it. :P
the only exercise i did was practicing darts at a pub yesterday..
it's been 7 years that i have not practice..and yes, i beat the guys to 10-bulleyes challenge..
muahaha... heng hah, din lose my zero-ing skills (with their flinspy house darts somemore)...
walking at 400x up and down the aisle to dart board... may lose some calories bah ..
how do you guys stand reducing so much rice and carbs. I need my carbs to feel full ....

there are easy parts and challenging parts. just avoid the more challenging areas e.g. the kent ridge nature trail. there's actually a sign there warning people not to go in alone, because if anything happens to you there no one can hear your screams and they'd probably never find your body

you have to give your body time to adjust. its not that i'm not taking in carbs, but rather my source of carbs now come from fresh fruit and veg mainly. and its very very hard to eat too much carbs when that's what you're eating. you'd be suprised how fast you drop weight (both bodyfat and water retention) when you minimise the sugars and processed grains.

start with half portion of wat u eat lor.... we still got eat meat and veggies wor... hungry snack on an apple or something
