take care. go see doc again to extend? Btw what you got that's so serious? It's been like almost a moonth?
I try as much as I can to avoid ntuc unless absolutely no choice. cold storage is a much more pleasant place to shop and the crowd there is different too.
ntuc, I'm sorry to say has a lot of nasty old people(as well as the not so old) shopping there and you constantly see really weird behaviour from these people. there will be loud grumbling, quarelling, sometimes fights, and people kicking their (full) baskets from one end of the aisle to another instead of carrying them. I'm not making this up. it doesn't help that the way they layout the goods in ntuc is really fucked up, causing congestions all over the place.
I feel happy shopping at cold storage. when shopping at ntuc I feel like I'm in some 3rd world shithole!
who remembers LHL talk of 'rice is rice, bread is bread'???
Actually if you go outside of NTUC, you realise their housebrand goods are alrdy most expensive than the normal 'branded' items
LOL

I was told that this was deliberate policy on NTUC's part ..... cos they do not want to become "too" successful and end up like walmart and wipe out all the neighbourhood heartland grocery stalls and wet markets. So there is a deliberate policy of pricing their goods slightly above the heartland chup her tiams so that those chaps can survive ..... nowadays they function more as the national repositories for strategic foodstuffs like rice, oil, sugar etc ...
dunno how plausible is this, but quite an interesting take.

not true cos whenever they do weekly promo, the price is way too low, extreme undercut.
Rice & sugar aren't controlled tat manner anymore, it's macham each importer ensure they keep the required tonnage for storage in their wharehouses.

That's a really low BP. Especially the diastolic BP.
That's pretty worrying - I'm thinking that you lost enough water to make your blood more viscous. This leads to increased pressure losses in your bloodstream from increased pipe friction, which may account for the depleted BP reading.
When I reported sick during reservist, another medic took my BP. Twice.
We both went WTF at the sphygmomanometer..... it said 144/90 both times.
oh.. this brand was seen at Central

maybe you should see the doc about extending the MC for a coupla more days; from what i've read don't think you're in any condition to work, let alone walk outta your room.

the nurses who keep taking my BP got mentioned to each other, my BP perpertually low... but the doc nvr say a thing abt it... cos tat's not the reason why i hospitalised bah... i think the constant measuring of BP for to create job for the nurses!!! nabei!!!
