  low BP is scary.. coz you may not be getting enough nutrients or oxygen to your organs and brain..

  are you drinking enough fluids?

  isotonics help.. in the absence of that, a pinch of salt and sugar in clean water is about the same... they will rehydrate your body and assist with stabilising the blood pressure

  was too bored, attempted to watch the PRC F4.... didn't survive thru 10mins... infact once the F4 appear, i felt nausea -_-"
