That's some lala land he is living in, and LHL recently commented that it will be hard to squeeze another 2 million foreign talents....and thats bcos fewer will want to come here and not bcos our infrastructure is getting overstretched.
It hasn't occured to him that our place is getting less popular because there's already so many foreign talents!
