what if you are a house owner wanting to cash out on his flat ? .... those are singaporeans too you know .... how would you feel if you're a chap who's slogged long and hard all his life, finally getting a 5 room flat somewhere ..... and now, when the children are grown, you want to cash out of the flat you've bought for 150k then, and is worth half a million now ? ... how would it feel for those chaps, if they were stung by something like COV caps, and see their flats devalued ? ...
that's why the goverment isn't doing anything, other than squeezing the balls of property agents .... now that i fully support ... there are too many arseholes in the trade nowadays ....
