Lost 6.5 kilos in the fasting month; already regained two kilos.
I'm hoping not to gain any more. I'm starting to change my eating habits (more veg, less fat, less oil) and ramping up my running.
Besides, there's the StanChart marathon in December. Gotta train for it.
