  whatever the cause, go see a chinese sinseh who will rub the shit outta it and then crack the hell out of the neck.. you'll feel better

  the neck one only some...they will turn your head left and right a few times before 1 swoop to either side ad you'll hear all the kiiaaacckk..

  the other cracking part is the back and spine there..twisting your body to either side..

  i dont enjoy the leg part though..never really fancied leg massages..

  i like backs...but shoulders are the killers for me. awfully painful.
