Why everytime I see mirror or reflection....I still look relatively slim! But in pictures I look fat!!!!!!

Including my morning 2 soft boiled eggs....I think I did 6 eggs in total in that just one day.
Now I need to get back into vegetarian diets for next year to redeem my 'sins'.
