It isn't filtered, bleached or treated to purify it before it's crystallised, so it retains its brown colour and is slightly less sweet. Not all brown sugar is raw sugar however - it may be just residue.

Time for another week of cleaning up~~~
On the side note, I've went to Arirang on the Sat... Made booking for dinner at 5.30pm, but they told us we could eat until 8.30pm only... My name black listed liaox???
Sunday was a good rest day for me... rest plenty... Today is back to work work then maybe I'll go visit my brother in the hospital... Apparently, he went hospital again on friday -___-

Yeah... He seems to be ok... Need to walk ard with a clutch coz it's quite painful for him to walk...Anyway this time after taking blood samples, the doctor said it was inflammation... He shld be fine after awhile...
