Pls la, right now Paya Lebar got tis Bus 70 tat goes to Suntec from Paya Lebar via Nicoll Highway. As if all these yrs w/o MRT, buses all bring ppl to nearby MRT and terminate there.
MIW loves to use MRT to tell ppl property price would go up, to collect better property tax value

different... The one at RC and heeren is Shukudo... but the one in tampines One is another company de... much more expensive... -
