i prefer to chop chop clear then relax
otherwise i'll end up like the people at ICA
actually, the people who "do last minute" ones.. not all leave it hanging..
there are some people who have no brains when it comes to these things.. and i mean it...
if they are travelling on 15 March, they'll purposely plan their application for passport so that they'll receive the passport on 14 March...
because if they went earlier, like say, in Feb, they think they'll "waste" a month on their passport...
so all come and cram last minute at the fricken building with the other idiots who must wait until last minute then make their passports for the school holidays

wah so calculative for that 15-30 days? might as well just apply for 1 time passport for 1 trip, else it'll wasted between holiday in March and the next one in Dec?

foreigners, mostly served through electronic means now...
if they still used the old methods, the crowd would be really overflowing until the carpark, and the officers will all die from overwork...
as for the calculative ones, yup.. it happens...
also got people threaten counter staff because their passport left like 2 days, try to go to JB and the malaysian immigration refuse to let them in... it's mandatory 6 months of validity almost everywhere.. so they come to complain.. and it escalates coz there is nothing the counter staff can do...
people deal with segments of the population, ICA deals with the whole population so will kena the nutcases, the psychotic and more
