aye..i think you're wrong here.. fats doesnt turn into muscles.. if im not wrong, the fats have to go first before you can obtain muscles or something like that.

and if you're not lifting weights or exercising, you're not going to be building any muscle no matter what you eat.
If you want to put on weight, you have to pile on the muscles and not fat la!!!

when you exercise, you develop muscle and lose fat. when you stop, the muscle shrinks because you don't use it as much and you get fat from eating and not exercising.

But if my IPPT next week gives me $200 pocket $$, then I think being light has its advantages. It takes a shorter time for me to train on some stations especially pull-up.
