CB, tried to apply for a new passport online
the farking system don't recognise my expiry date!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!
key in 2 times and then i tried my older expiry date
then they tell me to try again 24hrs later!
i am gonna call and check wtf is wrong. i wonder what time the lines open

call the number and they refer me back to the website
NB put the number on the website for what fark???

i called hoping to hear that they say "our counters open at... (timing), please call back then"

aiyo ...better than those phone line...press 1 l..for english, after going thru everything thinking it leads to the customer svsc, finally after 2 mins press here press there, key in ic number etc... it says, our line is all engaged, please check our website..www....... ...then thank you for calling....hung up itself...
which leaves back to square 1..... huh?

The other department now under fire, decides that the accuracy of my data has problem and has alocated 5 staffs for double checking... Myside only got me checking -___-
Watever it is, I've checked twice before b4 submitting my report... If they feel like wasting manpower, just go ahead >__>
I wondered why couldn't they just accept the fact that there's problem with data migration in the past on their side... >__>

i've got an Aston's branch walking distance from my office
anyway fatum showing the topic about horrific neighbours in the night topic.. there was a psychotic one at my estate...
mad woman kept shouting obscenities at the neighbour.. neighbour is a nice old retired couple and working children..
the woman has a history of psychosis and the family is seriously loaded.. gave her a semi-detached house to live with her siblings.. they were driven almost mad by her, so they left and she lives alone.. keeps throwing water, stuff, yelling at the neighbours...
went on for a couple of years...
the old couple endured it for ages, made some reports but not much could be done apart from some warnings by the police..
so one day, the mad woman threw a flower pot over the fence and almost hit the man... at first the man didn't want to pursue it but the children and my folks advised him to make a complaint and a police report about it... he finally did, the cops pulled her files, and i think the cops also got the funny farm along and the woman is probably in a padded cell now...
there's also a court order or something that she cannot approach or whatever the old couple and their family if she gets out or she'll be going back to the funny farm or a prison cell...

golden mile... though ah bear would be rather happy...
Though suntec got alot of things to eat, not much are particularly outstanding... and I wouldn't wan go carrefour grab sushi's for dinner >__> and krushin bo is out of the question... though my budget now slightly better...
