  a lot of problems from these people.. they probably just anyhow chop your passport and never update the system or update the system wrongly.. looks like you gotta attempt calling up or turning up at ICA to find out what the hell happened

  why? because every tom dick and harry calls the call centre and ALL lines are 100% occupied the moment the call centre people get in to work...

  they call over "is ICA open on Sundays?" and "what is the ICA website address?"

  so calls from people who really need help are held up by these semi-sentient idiots..

  ICA hotlines are most of the time engaged. have to keep trying.

  last time when i need to deal with ICA often, i will just keep pressing redial and redial and redial until i get through.
