today on e-world on arirang tv they featured a korean social mmo that translates korean text to japo in real time as you type with 90% accuracy!!!
This is a farking brilliant idea in social networking games!!! I've always wanted to chat in chinese mmorpg but microsoft ime doesn't work in games...seriously games like second life should try to develop translation software in their game...

would love to get my hands on that!
is it just Chrome and Safari or has Facebook gone nuts?

Define nuts.
I've always found the FB interface to be somewhat kludgy and unintuitive.
none of the buttons, tabs and whatever.. just text of what the buttons and tabs should be and they're all on the left...
it's back to normal now... strange...

Perhaps they were in the process of updating the software on their site.
could be.. thought they'd take the whole thing offline for a while if they did that

It took you that long to inflate the tires on your dad's car???

i did that yesterday nite... i think the petrol kisok must be thinking..
that woman is playing with tyres, pulling the long hose running around the car and trying frantically to locate the air holes :)
and i found a lot of dents on dad's car this morning.. hope not me, when i park too close the kerb (back tyres stick to kerb).. the bottom of the bumper got a lot of scratch marks.. kerb too high, car too low :(
asked dad, he said he did one...

Not surprised. Given the miniscule parking spaces in SG, it's inevitable that your car will eventually get door dings along its flanks from idiots next to you not being careful when they open their doors.

anyway, too clean and nice a car, a bit of dents will cause us to "heartpain"..
but lots of dents and scratches, hah..it's a seasoned car... bor chap liao.. :)
managed to persuade dad to get a jeep=alike vehicle 1 year later... we need to hold onto this one for another 1 year or so.. (too early to change)..
convinced him, the jeep-alike (i love the wrangler)...is for pple like me and him, bor chap, no need to tidy/clean car, bump and dent and dun bother to repair kindda of car :)
on the road, see who wants to bump me, is their bad luck liao lor..

If I ever find myself having to drive in Singapore, I'll be sure to give you a wide berth...
By the way, why are you home on a Friday night? Shouldn't you at least be out on the roads terrorizing other drivers in your Jeep-like vehicle?

i just got home , finished makaning with the rest :) we had food at Golden Mile FC, went up for a walk (bought myself a nice deuter waistpouch, for travel use), and we proceed to Bugis for NYDC cakes and drinks..
*rub tummy, weigh myself, i ate 1.5kg worth of food*
and yes, my parking sucks siah... i cant gaudge my left.. i hardly take family car for spins... i am not used to it.. :(
oh yah, MG, while driving to the petrol kisok to pump tyre air...
my place Lorong Chuan is a narrow one car space street (2 way), while heading to the private estate to take short cut to main serangoon road, i heard sudden braking and there was this blue taxi, suddenly stop and wanna turn into the lane i am turning in.. i have the right of way, so i turn lor.. he has to wait as he is coming from the opposite lane.. the cars behind unwind the window and scolded him, really loudly.
i can even hear it with my window shut...
apparently his passenger tells him to turn into the small lane at last moment, he just brake and stop.. the cars behind nearly all crashed into one another..
at the private estate, he tailed gate me so close. if he dare bump, i take out my dad "feather duster (dunno why got one in the car)" and whip him !!!!
time to sleep..
nite nite MG
