I think I told you guys about the time I looked at the contents in a can of corned beef: '77% beef'.
Don't tell me that nitrates and all the other preservatives make up the other 23%....
Err no la they do blend in other meats at times like pork or chicken and sometimes other fillers
I love corned beef too!
I try not to think about what's in it though :P

i have no idea actually...could be.. assorted salts = 23%
Needless to say, health-wise, corned beef should only be an occasional treat.
I also like Ayam brand chilli tuna..... but the amount of oil in it is astounding.
I just open it a little bit and drain off as much oil as I can before opening the can fully.... something like 1/3 of the contents of the can is just.... oil!
I have not eaten corned beef for over a year!!!
I finally gave in to temptation yesterday

sometimes i use the can top to squeeze.. and a disgusting amount of liquids (whether brine or whatever else it is) comes out...
and yah.. only 1/2 to 2/3 of the can is left

Malaysian you should bring him to restaurants like Japanese, Korean, Italian, Western etc and not Zhi Char stalls because the Fine Dining or restaurant food, especially other cusines in Singapore is way better than in Malaysia
I cannot eat chili now :’(
I tend to just buy Tuna in water because it’s healthier that way :x
I add my own oil or mayo in

Hyatt can go to Far East Plaza that Japanese Yakitori place (I forgot the name but I think it’s on the 3rd or 4th floor)
That place actually best go during lunch coz the lunch bento sets are really worth it and it has a very nice authentic feel to it and the food is really good
Each person can eat for less than 20 bucks seriously
its my turn to go see ma guang.... left side of my back hurts.
sleep or sit at one position, it hurts.
shashlik restaurant at Far East..
