I have actually taken up yoga la.
I have been faithfully going for yoga at least 2 times a week till my fever last week.
Now just recovered nia I actually still feel very weak and tired.
Even I walk from the MRT to my office, I actually feel that it is a strain >.<”

the most common misconception is that you feel tired at work therefore you don't exercise.
work tired and exercise tired doesn't link at all. but its the easiest excuse to not exercise lah. we have good example here and we all better make sure we are not in the same stage when we reach that age.

I have to agree to this... I'm doing some very light excerising daily in the morning now >__>
I once remembered someone telling me few years ago that regular excercising will increase ur energy so U wont feel tired normally...

I don’t have a very good pair of lungs too. My lungs are actually weak due to childhood bronchitis
This bloody flu actually made me feel damn weak. Actually I think it’s stress coupled with lack of rest and a flu bug that I’m really down.
I also don’t know how MPB can fly here and there and not feel tired.
Tomorrow the FHA starts. My whole week is totally burnt
Also I have been sacrificing my Saturdays for the past 4 weeks to bring Amber to the vet for neubulisation
Hopefully this Sat will be the last Sat. The wait is long even with an appointment and I have to wait a further 45 mins while she is being neubulised.

for upper limbs
do pushups
1) roman pushups
2) scorpion pushups
3) dive bomber push ups
do 5 counts of 4 for each push up.
start with 1 (rest) 1, 2, 1 (rest), 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 (rest) 1,2,1 (rest), 1
for lower limbs, 20 counts of 4 for each exercise
1) alternate leg thrusts
2) chicken backside
3) ranger hops
same sequence as above
for core u can do bridging, seated V ups.. etc etc
u can also do 5 exercises...
1) 10 burpees
2) 25 crunches
3) 10 diamond pushups
4) 5 counts of 4 ranger hops
5) 10 counts of 4 jumping jack
so u do 3 stages...
stage 1 = do 3 sets
stage 2 = do 2 sets but multiply by 2 (20 burpees, 50 crunches...)
stage 3 = do 1 set but multiply by 3
between each stage, do bridging for a minute
we still got somemore exercises like super 60 and whatever...
now u know how my RT is like.

unlike other people, you do have the option of arrowing some underling to do that for you you know ....
BTW, we dun do all exercise at one go
one session we will do upper body
another session lower body
if u can run, just run 400m in 2mins then do 3 stactic exercises
then run 800m in 4 mins and do 3 exercises and so on
