Frankly, my No.4 has not been fitting me well since after BMT.
Would you believe that my No.4 is size S? I was skinny as hell prior to enlisting.... 53 kilos, to be precise. I hit 61 kilos after packing on the muscle mass during BMT.
Right now I'm just hanging on to my No.4 until I can do a one-to-one exchange for the new ugly-as-heck No.4, at which point I'll request for size M.
If I'm not wrong I should be able to do this in the upcoming ICT.

would you believe I was almost scrawny when I enlisted ? .... my uniforms were size M .....
I was 72 kilos when I enlisted ... I wore size 29 jeans ....
but somewhere along the way ...... an extra 20 kilos latched on ....

in my previous work place, we have to erhem.. wear nicer.. and I am slimmer (due to overloaded jobs and long working hours and not enough rest)...

this guy from the Sales would laugh at us ladies, WE ARE FAT, not like the artists who are slim and curvey..
okay, we get the hint.
The queer thing is that he never bring his wife to our company functions nor we never seen his wife.. he would blah blah blah he got good taste, how beautiful/cute/attractive and curvey , special his wife is...
then one day, we were out shopping (we ladies colleagues go out together too), we bumped into him and wife at a shopping mall at orchard road...
muahahahaha his wife is about 1.58m - 1.60m, about 62kg above bah, bumpy texture face, and her upper arms (she was wearing sleeveless somemore), is about 1.5size of mine ...
we couldnt help but to stare his wife..and ask: Your Wife ,...really??

you just need to get rid of those oversized T-shirts and cargo pants, and use something other than soap and water, can liao, really ....

I'm starting to figure that weight is just a number.... it's health and fitness that's more important.
I'm 64 kilos now.... but I've decided that getting rid of the flab and being able to run better are more important than bringing down that number.
I just wanna go back to my post-BMT fitness level. Or at least somewhere near it.
