Don't know, I'm using SingNet. Isn't Starhub like, fast and unstable/unreliable, compared to SingNet?
we were on singnet ... it was worse then ....
and starhub mobile sucks too ... I get zero reception in the middle of my house .... have to stand near the windows to make a call ...
I have both Starhub cable internet (free for one year) and Singtel MIO.
Let me put this straight: if you're thinking of going for MIO..... don't.
Normal SingNet is much more reliable compared to either MIO or Starhub.

MIO is definitely crap. I don't understand why the three of em, M1 included, have to compete when they all have their own 'strengths'. M1 for mobile phones, Singtel for cable internet and land lines, and Starhub for cable tv.
Wouldn't it be much better this way so they can focus on their 'specialties' and be more efficient, for the customers' and their sake.

because monopolies are bad for consumers overall.. anyway for the "developed" country that singapore is, our bandwidths are throttled and overall very bad compared to other countries like Japan or USA.
starhub tracks me when i bitch about them on twitter.
amazingly i haven't had bad connection after i complained about it through there.
the fella said its probably the upgrading works, so i just tahan for now.
but then, nothing has happened since the reply, so connection is still good.
anyway here is the link he gave
