Okay.... just got back from the training regime kopi was talking about last night.....
First I ran 1km to the exercise area at the canal next to VJC.... did that within 5 minutes.
Then I did 1, 121, 12321, 121, 1.
Then I slow jogged 1.85 km back home.

you're not supposed to be able to jog back fast home after 1, 121, 12321, 121, 1
in fact that can burn alot just by itself
