I was feeling a bit lazy.

1) 80 alternate leg thrusts
2) 40 chicken backside
3) 80 ranger hops
1, 121, 12321,121, 1
its not how much u can jog or the stamina you have, its how much your muscles burn
that means after doing it, ur legs should be weak

if u want jumping jacks then u do the 3 stage exercise instead, that one more variety
everything our PTI gets us to do, if u do properly, u no need to go jogging after that. because your muscles won't allow it.

I don't understand why people still want to reserve uni places for jc people.....
Ok, I get the concern.....but at the same time i still think a little stiff competition should knock some sense into people who think jc is an easy road to uni and so just jump blindly onto the train.
