for girls just go for incline flex arm hang lor.
but u can do our chin up training sequence i think
- pull 6
- pull 5 (hold for 6 sec)
- pull 5 (slowly go down in 6 sec)
then as u get stronger, pull more, hold longer.
OR
u can tell urself, "today i will do 30 pulls"
so u die die pull 30, u can stop, u can rest, but u die die gotta pull 30 times.
