  To be frank I've only been able to run 30 clicks non-stop..... for the rest of the marathon I've had to go into start-stop mode not for lack of stamina, but because of killer leg cramps....

  hmmm...on strategy wise, if he is now directly "connected" to his grandmother, he is the closest next-of-kin, ie, he gets the biggest share of the inheritance if she dies..  which is not too long... he has surpassed his status, above  his uncles/aunties/parents..

  Well, certainly not tomorrow.

  My legs have pretty much recovered, but I expect that they will scream bloody murder when I wake up tomorrow morning.

  I really should have done more strength training earlier on.

  checking on the flight prices to BKk for a weekend getaway..

  its only $120.02.... cheaper than bus fare to Penang

  just been to HKG last year

  went to cambodia 2 times liao. last time was 2008..

  HCM, went recently..

  Hanoi (can consider :) )

  Beijing, been there, dun like it there..

  Seoul, tiger no fly there :(
