Sundown Marathon..... is at the end of the month.
I just barely managed to hit my running quota for April.
I didn't run much this week thanks to kopi's '1,121,12321,121,1' routine.
It took two days for my muscle aches to heal after 1x proper runthrough of that.

I even threw in another '3' at the end to account for any lack of honesty during the workout.
After that, I was hobbling the 800m home.... it felt weird, having lots of stamina but with my thighs really badly cramped up.....

Yeah... I really hobbled. It was like the severe cramps I had at the 30km mark of last year's Stanchart Marathon, but with a lot more stamina remaining.
That said, my legs managed to bear with it. Gonna do more of this next week.
Gonna take a shower, then I'm gonna catch Liverpool vs Chelsea.

timing irrelevant, just finish the sets.
PTI always say, its ok that u stop to catch your breath, but finish the exercise
gotta give it a try; i mean i do some of them in between others but the combo yor PT gives you seems more interesting
