how do i put it.. ..say..
okay, example..say pple go vacation, to get out of country, to have that "I left my usual boring place/country, Ii need that break" ..to breathe..feeling.., let's go for different things.. it's the "overseas trip" experience makes the person "refreshed"...

well, most of the reservists are involved in deskbound jobs... kinda hard to keep that fit
Anyway, they're gonna change the IPT system.....
They're gonna change it from 'eight sessions within four weeks' to 'eight sessions within nine months, OT-OT'..... the worst thing was that failing your IPPT subsequently would not protect you from RT....
I blew my top when I read that..... to me, eight sessions of unpaid IPT is far better than 20 sessions of paid RT in terms of time spent. The opportunity cost of doing physical training in camp is just too great for me.
Kaoz.... if clearing IPT now no longer protects me from RT, I might as well just go for RT sia!
Might as well just train on your own and pass your IPPT?

you run marathons dude, how could IPPT be a problem for you ? ....
the smarter thing to do in this case, perhaps, would be to walk through one IPPT, go for 8 RT, and take the test and pass on the 8th session ....
you get paid for the 8 RT, and you would also get the incentive awards.
i am now craving for nonya food...
