i didn't eat much too...some bread with eggplant and hummus with some button mushrooms. mine is more the stress and exhaustion.
go hav something cool to drink...milk is a good all rounder nutrient "food"

love eggplant, button mushroom...had yakult...hmm.. now my fridge got vitagen and yakult :)
dad says vitagen taste more "sour" than yakult... of course lah, vit less sugar mah..
