  Proposed Itinerary (Updated):

  - Meet at Marina South Mrt and head to marina barrage (it's FREE!)
  - Move back up to Dhoby Ghaut and take the new circle line to Esplanade station to see the durian; enjoy the view at the rooftop
  - Make our way down to the new twin spiral bridge or link or watever
  - Visit the world's highest or largest or watever Singapore Flyer! (See only, no need $$)
  - Proceed to dinner
  - Depending on whether there's any free outdoor performances at the durian, we might move back (by now sun have gone down and should be lomantic) wahahahaa
  - after dinner drinks at durty nelly

  Through out all, take lotsa tourist-ish pics! note: it's not a professional photographers' outing hor... it's mainly to take silly pics for the fun of it hahaha

  Dinner suggestions:

  1) kushinbo - jap buffet
  2) pearl river - chinese ala carte buffet

  *disclaimer: i'm no professional tour guide hor... so tis tour is an anyhow tour... but hey i not charging LOL

  i dunno about kites.. i have been and zora and i had a wonderful day there... we paid some money and took the bumboat ride all the way to the flyer and back.. some sort of cruise around the bay thing.. it was really enjoyable as only 5 people plus boatman was on board

  that sounds really fun! I like the Marina barrage.. i think their little 'museum' thing was pretty well done.. the big green field at the top and the small little water fountains...

  Wonder when they going to start the kayak rentals there... or have they started liao??

  I'm going to JB to help mom with an errand this Saturday :)
