Good Sushi Place ...

  Japanese food are rather expensive to me. I can afford NTUC sushi only. But is delicious enough for me.

  That one I put in the same league as sushi tei. If it was higher, there won't be such crazy queues on saturdays. I ate there only once, sorry to say, the fresh scallops were mushy, and it smelled. Even wrote a complaint to the management.

  Oh that one that is located in such a ulu spot that people will never locate it unless they walk out that automatic door near marks and spencer, like TCC?

  No, never tried it, but since they are under the same management, I expect errr no less.

  Let's not mention about tetsuya or the one at greenwood avenue. If kuriya one can scare you, then akashi should throw you into shock.

  Sometimes its really worth the experience. Sometimes just once and you'll be hooked.

  Alot of people might never be able to digest the justification for 20 bucks++ for 5 slices of salmon sashimi. But they honestly need to stuff it into their mouths to clarify doubts.

  Are you serious.....?  You know that the Salmon we eat in a sushi place are all farmed bred. And most of them are fed with fish feeds contain colored dye so that the fish has a nice color.

  Only Salmon that are spawning has the red pinkish color.

   Wild Caught Steelhead Salmon are not Sashimi Grade....had tried first hand.

  Keyaki many years ago 1 piece salmon sushi is 10+++

  I don't know about now man but prices should be higher
