Shit happened..... As long as you have done your part and explained what happened to the tenant, I think a reasonable person would be able to see that it was clearly your agent's fault.

then they will put it on display to sell it again.
so sekali they repo the netbook from some ginah who couldn't pay with his / her allowance den re-sell it.

You might remember the time I had to deal with a plagiarist in my term paper group a few years ago.
My friends urged me to simply present the evidence to the prof and ruin the fella academically.... but I had a soft heart and just chose to confront the fella myself.
How that turned out was like a soap opera.... hell, he went to the extent of going into sgforums, created a new nickname in my real name and proceeded to slur me online. I had to get Jason to throw that account out.
Finally he woke up his ideas and apologize to me via PM.... I didn't bother replying to it. I wonder if he's intelligent enough to realize that I could file a lawsuit against him if I wanted.
Sometimes, you just gotta play punk with people who play punk with you. I really should have just gone for broke, and to hell with his academic credentials - after all, as my friends had pointed out, he would have ruined mine if I hadn't caught on to what he was doing.....

All the more reason for Fatum to go for broke..... what that agent did was a potentially career-ending move for both herself and Fatum.
If there's one thing that plagiarism episode taught me, it is that if people really don't give a sh*t about you, you shouldn't bother giving a sh*t about them.
Frig, it's scary when I think about it.... I only caught on to what the fella was doing because he lifted directly from Wikipedia.

My fault. I'll admit to going to Whinehouse to blow off some steam about what he did. And as it turned out, he surfed sgforums too.
Simply put, he recognized that I was referring to him, and that's where the hell started.
Yeah, I know, I shouldn't have blown off steam about him, but there was nothing to trace back to the fella. It's on the same level as what Fatum just said about the agent - some harsh words, but nothing that identified the fella's true identity. Come on, we've all blown off steam before about other people in here, no?
And the fella can still say that I hurt his feelings. Boo hoo hoo.
And he chose to get back at me by creating an account with my real name as the handle, and creating threads to slur it.
