  I was trying to hunt around for a wedding photographer who has done Malay weddings before.

  I saw one fella's website..... and I was totally unimpressed.

  Basket..... he did things like shooting the flash right at the couple. In the end, the couple looked overexposed, while the background looked dark. And for such lousy quality, he can still charge something like $1k per day.

  Kaoz.... if like that, I might as well just get my sister to shoot with her D60.....

  i think all of us go and shoot for you, then give you the pics, better than the guy... and you just have to feed us...

  hmmm.. but then.. that might end up hell of a lot more than $1k

  luckily for wedding / event photographers

  they can still thrive even though they don't have recurring business.  they just need to find a sucker every minute and we know that there is a sucker born every minute.

  I swear, I got slack-jawed when I saw those photos. Si beh amateurish. If that was the minimum skill required, then I might as well be an amateur freelance photog too.

  I was thinking that I could probably shoot at least as well with my own D60, but nah.... I can't be swindling people, no?

  Corp comm say sales team left them a 45-150 lens and if no one is using, I can borrow the cammy and lens to play with this weekend.

  =P

  Still the guy told me, use nikon and you see the difference.

  I told him this cammy they bought is good.

  And also, it is the person's skill taking the photo, not the camera.

  nowadays ppl keep sending aeroplane eh? I had to go over to shaw house, get a fren to accompany me to far east to eat claypot beef rice (superb as usual) and listen her consistant ranting on smoke smell...

  of coz, I did my fair share of laughing at her 2 days ago due to the flood
