  10 course lah ..... and arranging for such things is a logistical nightmare ....

  my sister's upcoming dinner got multiple versions of the 10 course ..... muslim food, buddhist vegetarian food, healthy vegetarian food, no beef regular food, no shark's fin regular food, standard issue etc etc .... lol

  pool or beach party.. come as you are.. lots of beer, pig and lamb and beef on spits, lots of salads...

  have a good time...

  i hope bear and zora wedding dinner menu comprises of:

  Alaska crab - cold dish

  salmon and tuna belly sashimi - starter

  Buddha jumped over wall - soup

  braised duck

  Kong Bah braised mushroom

  Wagyu beef

  puffer fish dish

  fois grais

  chilled bird nest soup for dessert
