now that you've mastered the pull ups, you can start on the chin ups
and then move on to wide grip and close grip versions

i can do chin ups too, i do that if i wanna build up my biceps a little.
the next level is wider grip, but that just makes my shoulder get bigger i think

I haven't done chinups for........................years. I do dumbell rows for back. but that will change after I buy my own chinup bar. I was warned that the bar needs to be re-tightened at least once a week.

why is it everyone must call me about things like "how to resize the picture?"
i even get calls from the people who are not in my division!
just because i got fed up of the idiots sending me pictures around 30kB expecting me to be able to use them for printing, i went and rounded up reps from the work units to show them how to take proper pictures, i get this shit now...
and all we asked were pictures which are in focus, at least illuminated (not a black blurry mess) or not overexposed (not a big white blurry mess)
and most of all, set the bloody camera so that it's not set to take VGA-sized pictures when the goddamned camera is capable of 10 to 14MP pics

i dunno...
occasionally we still get 30kB pics..
but they're starting to get better at this as more and more people start to take their own pictures with their own cameras, they are figuring out the office cameras

your eyes also need to "stretch" a bit.. looking at close things for too long only cause them to be unable to focus...
occasionally, go look outside.. good for your eyes too
