Which is the worse of two evils:
1. Run at night and risk having it ruin my sleep later on, or
2. Wake up early to run, and sleep fewer hours overall?
wake up late and not run? ahahahaa
but run in the morning
omg..
e YOG lane all these, i/c is from SAF...
in other news, the YOG tpt rehersals are up now... e buses are turning on its flashing lights while on e move.

Option 1: messed-up from light sleeping.
Option 2: messed-up from not having enough sleep.
So how?

Option 2, but go to bed early. The more hours before midnight, the better.

May I suggest Option 3: skip run and wake up late

if your next race = morning, train in the morning and vice versa
else do it on the "dreadmill" during lunch - middle of road approach
I think e SAF occifer has helped to increase govt's coffer...
wa laoz eh, some of e YOG lane of all places is on lorry lane.. how would car give way to e lorries to 'siam'???
I think those SAF scholars should be hauled up to drive a loaded container trailer along AYE and be horned, tailgated and fined for obstructing e YOG vehicle
Scary part is, can they plan a war properly?
home.... tired...
saw the clip the mad woman hitting the dog on the head.. the mad woman should be cane instead!!!

I always get giddiness and nausea at the end of every treadmill session.
Apparently, my eyes tell my mind that I'm stationary, while the rest of my body is telling it that I'm running.
Weird.
i love watching Nigella Lawson...
she seems to be having a great time all the time she's cooking
feel like eating tat Tung I instant noodle.

Nigella Lawson makes awesome BROWNIES!!!
Nigella Lawson has awesome boobs. :D
holeeeee crap!!
you know what Nigella just did for her supper??
get this.. a block of pancetta.. remove the rind, dice the rest.. get a pan, put in some garlic infused olive oil, toss the pancetta and rind into the oil... smoosh everything around, toss the pan into the oven for about 12 minutes...
in the meantime, she boiled some linguini in water...
after 10 minutes, she took the pan out, removed the rind (to eat later in private).. she then drained the pasta, tossed it into the pan (with all the oil and pancetta) ripped up some cilantro as garnish.. and ate that stuff!!!
i'd be lying if i said i did not want to try this one day
