  Hello! I'm feeling very awake now after another whipping session. Time to tune in to F1, MotoGP and Indycars... it's going to be a long night.

  it's gonna be the opposite for me - busted to the max. shape run in the morning, 6 hours of mindless idle shopping but i got my VFF!

  Well, I ran 15 clicks in the morning and stumbled upon the SHAPE run while I was at Kallang.

  I had to take quite a bit of a roundabout route to avoid the huge hordes of hot sweaty female runners. 

  Then I went for a bit of furniture shopping in the afternoon.... man, my wallet's on fire.

  I have a big bruise on my scalp courtesy of paintball this afternoon :P

  Then I went and got myself a pair of heavy duty composite toecap caterpillar shoes. They are going to be great replacements for my old non-durable dress shoes.

  Caterpillar shoes with reinforced toecap?

  Man.... even army boots aren't that heavy-duty, no?

  Hell, wearing those, you could sterillize some dude you don't like with one swift kick to the groin.

   yep, and that also means I won't feel a thing when people step on my shoes on crowded public transport. and the tough as nails sole and great traction make it great for wet weather.

  I actually wanted steel toecaps but the composite ones are lighter and still hurt pretty bad. I tried on both composite and steel toecaps in the store and kicked myself with both. the salesgirl must have thought I was insane. I bought the shoe model because I just can't match the boots with office wear.

  today I just wore t-shirt and jeans. in the future I shall wear a cap to protect my scalp :P

  I wear a $6 t-shirt and I just kept my fingers crossed I can wash the marks off my jeans. Wear number 4 sian leh.

  The Smoking Gun is hilarious!!

  World's dumbest criminals... pizza palour gets robbed... robber turns out to be father of the lady who is working there....

  father gets beaten up by the pizza palour guy and passes out...

  he wakes from unconsciousness and then chases the lady outside... who runs into the rest of the robbery gang... who is made up of... her mother and her husband!!

  she runs for it and they run away..

  they all get arrested later
