  on this topic, one of my colleagues married a very good wife and very easy going in-laws sia. they got away with a void deck wedding lunch!!! they are chinese btw.

  not too bad.. weight loss is at a steady 1kg per month.. it's simple, sustainable, healthy and all that..

  my back has pretty much ache-free for a fortnight so i can get back on the exercise thing again... i overdid the exercise a couple of months back and strained my back which takes a hell of a longer time to heal than normal people....

  so.. working towards it.. ahahahaha

   

  p.s. i got a huge advantage in that i don't drama around like bollywood people seem to do

  What with an uncle who divorced twice and married a SYT nearly half his age... really....

  And a cousin who divorced and remarried quietly.... I didn't even know about the divorce until after the remarriage, would you believe that....

  He is not the best looking actor in Bollywood but I think he has the most charisma

  And he is in his mid to late 40s le and still look so good
