Honeymoon destinations !

  Ok, as you guys know, fatumnette and I are in the planning stages for our "red occasion" now.

  So what would be your dream honeymoon destination ... or where did you go ?

  post pics here !

  for me, my preference would be some place to lepah for a week or 10 days and simply do nothing but eat, sleep and .... sleep some more ... so there's no point spending money on some place where you'd want to shop and sightsee a lot ....

  and of course, some place warm ....

  but we've been thinking about this place ... I've posted this video up before ...

  Like I said before

  MPB and I did not have a honeymoon

  My ideal honeymoon place would be Spain

  He thinks NZ or Japan

  Then again, with our schedules and our pets, we cannot leave the country together for a long period of time which is why he is back from Oz now that I'm going to Canada

  maldives is an option as well ......

  I know someone who runs a resort there ....

  not too far, not too near .... just eat, sleep and make baby fatums ....

  chanced upon this thread... heh, my parents went to China for their honeymoon.

   

  i would go somewhere with snow given the chance.

  if you want to eat and sleep and sleep some more, why don't you just go to a hotel room?

  where is this place in the Youtube? Japan-Hokkaido?

  My was a backpack trip to HongKong/China and hometown . It was a air-sea-land-rail trip.

  Everyone suggested various different place... Though spain has 2 vote...

  I'll vote for spain and germany... Great food there... but then again with fatumnette ard, u'll be on diet control... it'll become a great torture to see germans wacking pork knuckles while u stab ur lettuce salad...

  My next vote will go to praque but I'm just bias coz I've always wanted to go praque...

   

  End of the day, U'll wan to find somewhere cool, definately not near tropic... somewhere near the ocean so at least u'll get ocean catch for lomatik breakfast... maybe the carribean?

  Okinawa in japan is a good place... fatum can feed on ocean catches~~ and maybe a few pork when fatumnette isn't looking~

  I love to go Alsaka but I dun think it's a good honeymoon place.

  The couple will never take off their clothes to .....

  given a chance, I would like to go tibet and nepal too...

  but I dunno if I can take the mountain pressure at tat height... the air might be too thin for me...

  pangkor laut ? ..... it's nearer to singapore than penang .... in the straits of malacca, I suppose the water would be the color of sugar cane juice ?

  try bali....there are lots of interesting places. I stayed in this mountain resort villa at Bedugul. Great balinese style villa and breakfast faces a huge beautiful lake. Weather is cold up there too. Sunsets are breathtaking....the entire horizon is orangy golden colour.

  And then for beach and shopping, stay at the Kuta, Legian or Seminyak areas. I stayed at this hotel which faces the ocean. Great view day and night, huge waves coming in all the time...soothing sounds to relax :)
