I like Pilates.
Sad thing is, I get a lot of incredulous faces and outright laughter by morons who think Pilates is a female-only domain. Which is stupid, since it was Joseph Pilates who came up with it.
But of course, those morons tend to have rounder stomachs than me.
Watching hitman trying to hit on some lonely apple at SB.

:( I only went for ONE session of pilates at my gym. It was an open class so some people have been doing it for some time.
Perhaps its the instructor who didn't give options for beginners, but I spent the entire session lying on my back cos I simply can't do the exercises she asks us to do. She didn't come and help or instruct me either. So .. that's the end of my pilates journey.
i tried pilates once but couldn't get into the rhythm coz the breathing was the opposite of what i was taught in yoga
The MRT & buses is e most packed in July...

Such a wet morning, I'm off to work now.
Good morning everyone...

I've just weighed myself - I dropped from 64.4 to 60.9 kg in just over two weeks of fasting.
*hungwee*
hang in there. that's the purpose of the fast.

If only Fatum can have this sort of dedication..
Btw, is this loss of weight temporal? As in you will make up for it once your fasting stops and go back to normal or will it be permanent?

In the past, my weight will shoot up again 1-2 kilos in the week following Hari Raya.
I would then slowly regain most of my lost weight over the next few months.
Not this time, though. I figure on losing another 1.5 to 2 kilos from now to Hari Raya. I hope to regain at most 1 to 2 kilos after that with more disciplined eating.
I signed up at my local gym about a month ago, and I weighed 80kg. Last week I weighed myself and I weighed 82 kg.
Lesson: if you want to lose weight, don't go to the gym.

well, it could be from increased glycogen storage in your muscles from the working out. maybe.
