Their peanut sauce is very good. You won't have a layer of oil on the surface.
Airport staff canteen, Terminal 2. Not sure if they have already moved.

west coast hawker centre served great satay..
my house downstairs oso recently sells satay... quite nice too.. they add a dash of pineapple thingy in the peanut sauce :)

i love malay mutton satay more than the chinese one.. they are coated with spicy that are yum yum yum!

never never try No. 1 stall, we had 3 tables and we all thought we ate meat-roll..kana minced broken style, re-string into the stick, and it is not nice.
i go to the other end, the other side last stall, that one not bad :)

ehh..not haniannese, manned by PRCs one :)the PRC guy took great care and effort in sataying his satay... so it turns out to be just nice, not over done type :) soft and tender and juicy ..
oh well, now new to it.. scali biz good liao. ..luan lai liao..
