Yeah my feeble efforts to exercise were thwarted by the light drizzle then it stopped once I came back home and Now I am wondering shd I go down or what.

unfortunately, the only exercise i can actually do is swimming...
and it's still cloudy and dark...

my exercise routine is not subject to weather conditions because I do it while watching TV in my room

Fitness corner...Sometimes I go over to the fitness corner near my house on sunday... All senior folks there and I looked extremely wierd among them... Remind me of my senior director who accompanied his daughter to go attend some korean idol boyband... >___>

old folks should not try too hard to be hip.
I've seen 30 to 40+ yr olds try to dress like teenagers and they look absolutely ridiculous.

I've lost my fashion taste a long time ago so i have no idea what its like to be hip.
But I think its really got to do with how you look, rather than age. cos I've friends who are in their 30s but look very nice dressed up in those korean 'fashion' though not very OTT type.
I mean.. its like my granny was wearing those 'ah ma' clothes when she was in her 50s ot 60s (since I was young)... but now that my mom is in her 50s-60s, I don't see her wearing the 'ah ma' clothes too - she still wears jeans and tshirts....

It's actually his daughter tat kinda forced him to accompany her...He was rather tramatised when surrounded by young peeps who were jumping and screaming away...

I had more of the street fashion stuff in mind, think wilder color combinations and artwork. some clothing styles are just obviously targeted at the younger crowd.
And some of those aunties need to be reminded they are not 16 or 18 anymore. They can't pull off certain looks or dresses :-x

nia... U'll look good in a trench coat and shades... U just have to whip out 2 nice pistol while wearing gloves...Btw, I think I got the perfect accessory for u in tat setup... It's looks like a samurai sword but it's actually an umbrella
