  I’m not surprised

  MPB was there for 2 weeks to work

  And he used me as an excuse to come back when they asked him to stay for 2 mths

  He said he will die there because all he eats EVERYDAY is Dum Birayani for 2 mths

  And he couldn’t bring himself to step out of the hotel because “Do you know how dirty their streets are???? And the beggers???”

  I told him it’s better now. I have been in India over 20 years ago.

  I learnt the hard way to ignore the head waggle/nodding. It means nothing. And you need to micromanage and crack the whip really hard to get things done.

  Btw for the woman kowtowing to the hubby case it’s really stupid

  I read in the TNP yesterday the reason why the kids and her were punished like that was because one of the sons left the house without permission.

  MPB let them learn the hard way

  He told them to close a hatch when doing a engine run

  But they were too lazy too do it

  So the thing flapped around while the engine was running

  And it flew off…so they end up having to write a report and replacing the hatch door

  watching food channel...

  Michael Symons says his favorite stuff is pork rinds...

  pork rinds made fresh... from pork skin, blanched then dehydrated.. then fried in... lard!!

  seasoned with salt, malt vinegar powder, cayenne pepper (i think) and powdered cheddar cheese...

  i think it's worth a heart attack to eat that too
