I could live in a warmer state and still own guns, couldn't I?
Ah well, at least the cold helps to keep the riff-raff away.

Why, oh why, do I live here?
Edit: Wrong temperature conversion

Did you know that, on average, the Twin Cities experience colder winter temperatures than the major population centers in Alaska? I'd move to Alaska if I wanted to go someplace warmer!

Were the lasers on the guns correctly calibrated to aim at the point of impact? It's usually the armorer's duty to do that.
If all else fails, it should be easy enough to revert to using the iron sights and just ignore the bobbing red dot on the target.
How many rounds did you fire today?

hmm... i should come to your place to experience such weather...
my coldest...probably minus 5C?
anyway, i'm just glad to get outta the office.

Workplace - I just checked the card on the EZlink machine in the MRT station.
Whoever made it so troublesome to get a miserable 6-cent refund needs to be sodomised by a ladder.
exactly..
i think everyone would give up their refunds if the CEOs would all be thrown into a pit of bullet ants
please do not remind me of the horror i went thru on sunday...i swear i could have murder the MRT CEO right there and then!

I think that's what they're counting on: make it as inconvenient as possible to get the refund so most people won't bother with it.

How do they even sleep at night knowing that they have all this ill-gotten money?
I don't get why my lecturer is always making typos and all kinds of mistakes here and there....in lecture notes, in tutorial, even in exams and announcements.
In the latest gaffe, he mass-sent everyone an email that ended with: There will be no final exams.
walao. Final exam is this friday leh!
And then next email he had to type: Sorry, I meant no make-up for final exams

How long will it be before they play the "honest mistake, let's move on" tune?

I recommend no engravings and cheap patternless bands so that you can easily replace if lost and less need to worry about the band. Be practical about it
