  whereabouts in bukit panjang ? ......

  I know bukit panjang plaza got a lot of latchkey kids and out-of-school small bengs congregating there.

  but then I suppose they are everywhere nowadays.

  当时，一群为数15�的�年，踢完�在篮�场休�，正准备离开时，惊�7��少，�人手中挥动一把20公分长的西瓜刀在手凶神�煞�他们走去。
  
  其中一å��黄姓é�’年（18å²�，工院生）告诉本报记者说：“他们拿刀指ç�€æˆ‘们，高喊‘369’，问我们是ä¸�是‘北海堂’的党员，我们说ä¸�是，他们å�´åŒ…围我们，用西瓜刀猛敲我们的头，结果我们之中有6人å�—了刀伤。”

  as stated in FB, today at work, just before i knocked off, there were 2 women yelling at each other... i asked the tour leader why they were shouting at each other and the tour leader said they weren't.. they were just talking to each other...

  and yes.. it was a PRC group tour

  it's time they do something about these kiddos.

  but then again, I've learnt not to expect too much from the SPF .....

  when was the last time you've seen police officers on a foot or car patrol in your neighbourhood ?

  well, every now and then though at night though... U dun see them in the evening...

  But maybe becoz my area does have gang related slashing quite a few years ago...

  I remember reading that singapore's got one of the lowest police officers to population ratio among developed nations.

  there is an NPC at bukit panjang. But they work office hours .....

  Boss was complaining tat someone printed a 13mb file before... so she waited very long for her printout at the printer...

  so she asked me whether I was the person anot since I printed in queue before her... I told her I'm not the person becoz the file I'm printing is 16.6mb...

  She just turn and went back to her seat...

  

  I haven tell her tat wat I'm printing is the training manual for her, since she cant commit time for work training, even though I offered to take time off to coach her... whooping 212 pages...
